chinese t.v dvd etc headunit

Hi, guys i've got a t.v dvd headunit and i have ther aerial for the t.v and it has a 3.5mm jack to plug into the radio and then one oper circle connect and another one that is one but that is taller/longer.

I have the aerial that looks the one below, one 3.5mm jack plug goes to the aerial, i assume one of them is an earth but whats the second one?

one is solid black and the other is black with a dashed grey line.
