Motorman Imports at Slacks Creek BNE. has a few of these (14" factory steels)& some strange Jag /Wolseley frontended looking ones and a few Figaros + Cubes. But $10-12k convertables,unmarked on the Jag types and Figaros $18-22k ...Ouch! Guy said they have to crash a few for ADR compliance hence the megga price !?

I know this car, My friends ex girlfriend's dad fixed it up. Brought it in as a wreck from Japan, it originally had the updated headlights, etc..(you can tell from the interior/dash/heating controls) and since they couldn't get the lights/frontbar/etc he just put the old k11 style stuff on.

I have a video of it somewhere back in those days as well...this was at least 10 years ago..

Its even still in my hometown of Melton haha.

welcome :) how are you going to go about repairing/replacing the soft top?

should start a build thread once you get it

We'll be able to get it re-trimmed/repaired through my misses work or through a trimmer we know.

We're just trying to find out now how difficult it will be to rego here and find out a bit more about it's history ie was it a personal import or imported as a wreck and fixed up.

We'll start a build thread for sure if it all pans out :)
