Check Engine light flashes - not starting

hello,

I last drove on the highway and suddenly the check engine light came on and my car just turned itself off.
Before that happened, the car stuttered sometimes and the check engine light went on and off very quick.
A couple days ago after work, I wanted to go home, but the check engine light started flashing and the car won't start anymore. I've also tried my spare key.

I've put a paperclip on 6 and 7 on the 14pin connector, i get 14 long flashes and 1 short and 14 long and 2 short.
so the fault codes are 141 and 142 right?

When i look those code up i get:

141 Secondary air pump (not enough air)​

142 Secondary air pump (air without pump)​

These codes are for a bosch ecu ( I assume my ecu is a bosch, but i'm not sure)​

Can anyone help me out?​

are you sure it's a nats problem? cause it flashes 14 times long and then 1 and 2 short, so the code is 141 and 142.
