Cheapest place to buy a Janspeed manifold?

As the title suggests, where is the cheapest place I can get hold of a Janspeed manifold? So far the best I have come up with is Edworthy's, which is £195 including delivery.

Right, I am anticipating having to hack off a number of bolts when I fit the manifold in a couple of weeks. As I don't have access to my car at the moment, I would like to pre-order a couple of bolts in case we do have to cut some to get them off. Can anybody tell me what size/type of bolts I will need a) to attach the manifold to the block and b) to attach the manifold to the cat at the other end? And anything else I might need?
