Hello i am racing in British Autograss Racing in a 1000cc K11 Micra, I am after some cheap power upgrades. As far as our rules go we have to be totally standerd so not allowed to use proformance parts but says nothing about mix matching parts from other 1000cc models. I have been told something about changing the plugs for Boosh Supa4 with a wider gap will gain you 2bhp, does anyone know if this is true and what gap they need to be? and is there any other little tricks out there that people know about? I am also still running the Cat do i keep or do away with it?

You could raise compression by skimming the head,porting is also a must if your getting the head out and go for 1.3 cams.They are a straight fit to a 1l and is worth doing..this could make at least 10hp from stock...mine made 86.5hp with a 9.2nm...but i also have a full custom exhaust and header plus a hks super flow filter..now aimming for bigger T/B and a remap..see what power she makes then...
