After a disaster yesterday, when a gear cable broke. I managed to get it home after manualy selecting second gear and then slipping the clutch a bit. Luckily it was rush hour so I didn't need to speed along to keep up with the traffic. I have sourced a set of used cables on fleabay. (£35.00) Now I will be faced with the job of changing them. Is there anything I need to watch out for? Is it going to be a difficult job?
