Changing camshaft help.

I've used the search bar but nothing to give me great help so i'll try and compile it all in one place.

What is the torque setting for the bearing shells?
In what order do you tighten them?
Has anyone got images of TDC with the 1.3 cams?
Will i need to adjust any clearances once i've changed them?

Lots of questions but i'll put up another guide once i've done it.

the caps are 11nm davey (but turn the cams a couple of times as you pull the bolts down) and in any order.
and the clearances are usually fine/within spec
