Cg13 engine swap

Hi everyone i have a 1.0 Micra facelift and i have a cg13 engine , is my best bet to do a complete engine swap or just swap the head and cams ?

From what I've read, Complete, head is the same, cams do make a difference but not as much as changing to a cg13de.

Depends what year your Micra is. If it's a 2001 onwards you have the K11C with coilpack ignition. Only way to stick a CG13 into that would be to take the head off the coilpack CG10 and stick it on the CG13 with the CG10 flywheel and CG13 cams.

If you have a 1st face lift (distributor) then it'll be a straight swap, no messing around with heads!

Ohh and CG13 cams make a difference in a CG10. Dyno proven 7HP
