» CMF MemberPlanning a CG13 engine build and thinking of the possibility of destroking it with a CG10 crank and running a turbo. This will keep me in the under 2 litre class for competition (using the CAMS 1.7 multiplication factor). Plan to date was to stick to NA but the small exhaust valves are a bit limiting to outright horsepower.
My Haynes manual indicates the blocks etc are identical other than a longer stroke in the CG13 giving the bigger capacity.
Anyone done this before?
