CENTRAL LOCKING PROBLEMS key fob k12... HELP!

Nissan micra k12 2008 acenta with nissan note n-tec 16" wheels & tyres are 185/55/16. Turned out alright i think. But i have a problem with the central locking (key fob) if i press to unlock the car only the drivers door opens and i have to press twice to allow the boot door to open but all the other doors stay locked shut until i get in the car and press the unlock button by the handbrake. any idea whats going wrong or how to fix this?

Sounds like a great safety feature, wish mine did it :0)
I suspect that it is something that is set up on the Nissan diagnostic computer by a main dealer, I do know that the same sort of thing can be set up on my Saab using the GM TechII terminal...........

I believe if you press both lock and unlock buttons together for a moment it takes it out of that mode so from then on pressing just the unlock button opens all doors.
