Cat in manifold

I just got a new k11 and i was wondoring will removing the cat in the manifold make it more powerful or dos it make any difference? , i dont need it to pass nct or any of that as tis not for the road so any help would be greatly apreciated

Mine had the mani cat removed when i bought it and there is some noticeable difference's, it seems to pull better at motorway speeds and sounds alot better.

If it was removed before you got it how do you know there's a difference?

On a stock system you won't notice just removing the main cat you're best replacing the whole system for a sports/race system

this is my third 1.3 micra i've had the janspeed manifold and the full system in the past and the full standard set up. there is a difference but it's not there all the time
