I have just bought a 1987 K10 Micra which was faulty, but the previous owner didn't tell me.
I have managed to get a grip on most of the issues, however I am having a recurring problem where after a few minutes the car is trying to cut out because the first carb is empty and for some reason the second carb isn't cutting in.
My neighbour has tested the carb by blowing down the pipe and it does open, however for some reason it's not cutting in whilst the car is running. Has anybody had any problems like this before or know how to fix it?
Some advice would but hugely appreciated as I'm not very mechanically minded.
