Could be something as simple as the fuel filter, had the same symptoms on a honda i had a few years back, changed the filter and it was fine. Also i dont know if the micra has a vent in the fuel cap or not but a partially blocked fuel tank vent can also produce these symptoms, also check all fuel lines. (Y)
