yes its straight fit, yes its an easy job if you know what your doing, yes you will get a noticeable performance gain (especially if you sort your air intake out too)

It's easy, I've replaced a 1.3 engine before, takes few hours and couple mates, it's easy and worth doing over modding the 1L
