cams,sprockets and timing chains

me and the boy are planning on building a 1.0 over course of a few months.with a view to installing it next spring.
so im gonna lighten the conrods and crank.skim the head,possibly(if theres room)fit bigger inlet valves,doubled valve springs,gas flow the head.

so,for the guys here(frank i reckon this might be your shout,mate),ive a few questions id really appreciate answered...

1) a 60 thou overbore and new +60thou pistons...anyone got an idea of the power gain?and if it justifies the spend?
2) the 1.3 cams.whats the difference between them and the 1.0 cams?are they same but with bigger lobes and thus,a higher lift?.
3) are the cam sprockets and timing chain same as the 1.0?in other words will the timing marks be same?
4) are there noticeable power gains from the 1.3 cams?
