Frank, Tom, thanks for the link!! Just a quick question whilst changing the cams from 1.0L to 1.3 does it take long? also what are the shims? is it something i need new, if someone can elighten me id appreciate it.. i own an alpina bmw 2.7 6 cylinder with throttlebodies which i built and build all day long for racing... with my eyes closed, but working on the micra is different...

J, here,s a bucket and shim, and if the clearances are ok, it takes about 1hr, but if you have to juggle the shims around you can treble that, and if you have,nt got the right thickness of shim, it,s a trip to the main dealer in the hope they have the size you need fwn

F--k, so your all saying that its not a straight swap? like take out old cams and fit new?
