Buying Guide?

Hi all, I'm new to the forum and driving in general. Got my driving test next week and I'll be after a car for summer, I'm really liking the idea of a Micra since I'm after something that's cheap and cheerful.

I want to know what to look out for when buying a K11, which years are best and if there are any common underlying faults and issues that come up.

I would also like to modify the car in the future, make it look a little better, slightly lower it and maybe give the engine some extra beans.

Any advice would be appreciated

You'll get loads of differing opinions on here...have a look about at the photos, see which shape you like and get one...if you use the search function you'll probably find some handy buying tips too...




P.S. second facelift K11 is widely acknowledged to be the best ever...

You're not confusing that with first prefacelift are you?
