Broken Seat

Picked up a 54 plate 1.2s micra (3 door) for my girlfriend.

The passenger seats lever for folding the seat forward (to let passengers in the back) has stapped off. The bit of plastic is there and can be pushed back onto the metal lever. The metal lever though is jammed.

Can you get into the seat or should I take it to a garage?

Also, the cun holder thats located at the back of the handbrake has come off. I cant tell it its meant to be detached or is it meant to folder out and remain attached?

Thats broken too!

have a look at the seat you should find to zips either size on the back have a good route around you will find them. you will probably need a new cable and i tell you now the seats are very sharp so watch your digits.
