brake pads

ive currently got ebc green stuff pads on the micra but theyre are beyond awfull when cold, and since im on the motorway all the time they are always cold. can anyone recomend a good pad that works well straight from when you set off but doesnt fade when your blatting it on a downhill route

get standard delphi pads but change your discs to grooved.

nah coz that means trying to find grooved discs for the almera 1.4 which i doubt they make

Upgrade to Almera brakes... and use Black Diamond Predators...

Disc would be a good upgrade too, worth while considering - I say combi: drilled and grooved...

or just up grade to purlsa brakes.
one note though don't brake hard if you have a low bbumper and no coilovers. also keep an eye on people behind you.

You could try some Mintex M1144 pads and and I think the Almera discs are very similar to the 100NX discs and we can supply these as a groved disc along with the pads. Drop me an email if interested [email protected]
