brake light

Hello, I have a problem with my brake light.
The nearside brake light is constantly stuck on.
I swapped the offside bulb with the nearside to
see if it was a bulb problem. But again it is the
nearside that is stuck on. I have checked all the
fuses in the main fuse box inside the car that
are linked with the rear lights, they are all fine.
Theres a fuse box in the engine bay with a tail
lamp fuse in but I didnt put enough effort into
getting it off as i dont think this is the problem

any ideas?

my guess and it is a guess would be wiring problem
