Boss Kit

ok been looking a nice new steering wheel for my K10, BUT..... do i need to get a boss kit? what is a boss kit? are there different ones for different wheels? and how much are they?

i aint been able to find any details on them around

you can also get momo and rage ones, and also easy off ones. pop the wheel off!!
ranging from prices i paid 22 for mine from motorworld
