bad fuel consumption help please

Hi all, recently ive been getting bad fuel consumption, just serviced the car aswell with oil change and plugs etc, Ive recently put the car back to standard bye takeing my k&n and exhaust off etc, ive been getting 70 miles out of a £10 when i usually get around 95 miles. Maybe its because my ecu needs reseting since my mods have been took off yes/no?, can anyone help, thx MTB.

Resetting your ecu should work

it shouldn't affect your radio however if you do cut power then the radio it's self will rest too.

Also have you tried a few other things like making your the air filter is clear, fuel filter is new (Haynes say replace it every 2-3 yrs - depending on mileage)

i get about 85-90 out of a tenner and i have a janspeed decat and a k&n 57i. btw mines a 1ltr.

i got 140 out of the last £15 i put in on my 1.3. pretty sure the engine needs replacing, mainly coz its crap.
should i get my ECU sorted before i start going between home and dundee or do you reckon 140 is about right?
