Automatic clima swap

Hi guys, i have a 2005 Micra with manual clima. I want to put on the automatic version, all i have to do is buy the interior plate like this one or i need to do something else?

Wiring into them is wildly different between normal dials with AC

Unless you are seriously good with a soldering iron and can work out what goes to what, completely reverse engineering it and then also finding suitable plugs to go into the new unit, you would be much better off either living without it, or replacing your car with one from the factory
