Auto clutch

Hi all, new to this and Micras, does anyone know how to get the powder clutch off the gearbox? Got the gearbox off the vehicle and sat on a bench, is it a case of pull,wiggle, pry till it comes off or do I need a puller or something, any help would be great, would attach pic but haven't worked out how yet

do you mean the torque convertor on an auto box ???
