auto 2 manual

if i disconnect the auto ecu, and put a manual box on will it be ok, i know it wil probably put the engine managment light on but will it drive ok or would it go into limp home mode wer it wont rev out or have any go init at al?

You can can keep the ECU, but seen as you have a K10 It'll probably be carbs so won't have an ECU.

What you need is a manual gearbox, gear lever, gear selector rod, clutch pedal, clutch cable, all the required linkages, it'll be cheaper and easier just to buy a manual k10

sori peeps. i forgot to mention, ive bought a micra p reg auto k11 that im goin to rally nxt year.

any sugessions on the question above?
