i just started a new uni assignment... strip and draw...
im using 96' k11 cv joint but doest have to be specific...
i need to know as many thing's about cv joints as possible, pos and neg...

and also any ways they can be improved in your opinion...

i've stripped it and gonna start to draw it tomoz...

got fortnight to hand in...

the CV boots always go, Perhaps a multiple CV joint would be a more costly but better design, Perhaps, Two CV joints per hub , to minimise wear, With one bracketed

improve, hmmm. manufacture a one size fits all unit (within reason) so that you can bring the price down by manufacturing them using the same size needlebearings etc... would greatly reduce the cost and make it a simpler job to deal with.
