So today ive done a bit of research on how to do a good job on body work (as best i can) 
and if you look at the picture below this is the damage i need to repair on my driver side rear arch.
looking at some video's today it seem that the best and easiest way to get the dint out would be to use an arch roller then do the obvious work of rapairing the panel with filler for prime and paint only problem is these are like £100+ and too expensive for me at the minit so jus wanted to see if there's any1 off here in manchester with 1 that is willing to do it for me for a price of course or kno's of sumwere i can get it done
