The immobiliser on my 04 K12 breaks down when the interior of the car gets hot in the sunshine and the car will not start. I've managed to isolate the problem with a hair dryer to simulate the sunshine. It was a complete #### of a job to problem solve. So the upshot is I need a new or second hand one. Does anyone know where I can get one without getting ripped off. The numbers on the unit are 28590 AX600 NISSAN 5WK4 6550. I am assuming that the small black box fitted to the underside of the ignition switch is the immobiliser.
Any idea where I could buy a new immobiliser
