Anti roll bar link cup washers face bushes or not? Does it make a difference.

Just got the car back today from friend who did the anti roll bar links....he's only gone and put the outer cup washers facing outwards not inwards towards the rubber bushes.... Is it gonna make a difference? Seems to be varying opinion on google for this.

I'm guessing using common sense but the reason the cured is so they can't pull through may be fine but if your into cornering then I'd say put them right

the cup shape of the washers are designed spread the load across the face of the bush and keep it centered.

if the washer is reversed, ur focusing all the swaybar loads into a narrow inner region of the bush, resulting in excessive give, which also slightly affects the swaybars performance, and in extreme case it could split the bush apart.
