Alternator belt change

Hi all
This may sound a silly question..
But how do I change my alternator belt.?
I've undone the bottom and top bolt but alternator won't ! move is it just seized?
Oh there is another bolt that goes to a metal block I can't see what that does ..?

base model don, or power steer/aircon ? there are a few different belt setups

It's base model no air con but has power steering
Yr 2000 it's the alternator belt attached to first pulley
