Almera brake sizes

Hi sorry I know its pobs been done on here before I but I cant seem to find post.

I'm wanting to upgrade my brakes and was wondering which Model Almera brake calipers fit my k11 with standard 14" steelies.

What size are they/also what size washers will I need to space caliper from hub.
