Hi all,

Aircon switch lights up when pressed, but can’t hear compressor kick in and get no cold air. Fuse under dash is ok. “Relay fuse” in engine bay fuse box is ok.
Where is the relay? Could that have gone? What else might have failed (other than the compressor of course!!

LACK gas pressure leek needs gas pressure check . last 20 yrs gases what damagde ozone been faced out . NEW GASES r341a/ r600 propane based smaller molucules not as good can loose effecentcy in under 5 yrs . 19 yrs car need gas pressure check / regas do google search air con regas in ur area £50- £90 . THINCK as air con & bit like fridge it works on gas pumped round gas to liquid &liquid to gas . & deodrant aerosol liquid in & can SPRAYS OUT AS GAS goes cold . can goes white with frost . THATS FRIDGE/ AIR CON so no gas pressure want work .
