Spark Plugs: which one?

NGK LFR5AP-11 or NGK
LFR5E-11?

many people talk about iridium spark plugs. i will like to know the reference for an Iridium one? which iridium spark plugs do you actually use? thanks.

is the Denso IKH16 the right plug code for an Iridium to fit the K12?

what about the Genuine Nissan Spark Plug (Part No.
22401-BC01B)? iridium / platinum / normal?

Engine Oil:
Can i use Motul 5W30 8100 Excess Full Synthetic? im currently using Shell HX7 10W40

Automatic Gear Oil:
its also time to change the gearbox oil. i will like to know which ATF do you people use. should i use Multi ATF or Dexron III ATF? thanks.
