Adding Air-Conditioning

What do I need?
- The AC Unit
- Switch for the dash
- Wiring...

Where would I mount this unit?
Are the scrappy finds safe or should I get it from the Nissan Main Dealer?

you can have all my air con stuff if your prepared to come and remove it yourself.

the things you would remove you would need to remove "professionally" though so my car still works!

it'd probably cost more than a new car with aircon to get it from nissan. and to have rlees85's you'd basically need to strip out all the dash and heater. big ball ache imo.

rlees85 if I had the time and expertise believe me I would so cheers.. thing is I only know one decent guy who could do it for a good price but asking him to strip one out would bump up the cost a lot for me so trying to get parts instead.. think thatd work.

I am pretty sure that you will need the alternator bracket too.

yep, and the air con pump, radiator, all the pipe work and various other bits of gubbins from the engine bay and from behind the dash, I've been looking into removing mine but it looks like a bit too much work just to save a few Kgs.

Maybe rip it out in the winter when you won't need it

I very rarely use it anyway, maybe 10 days a year, I prefer to open a window.
