Accessing front wiper motor

My front driver wiper is a bit wobble suspect a loose nut holding the motor on any idea on whats the best way to access it? After removing the wiper arm there a big long plastic panel that is is holding the windscreen on which is hold on by little pushon plastic clips do i remove that or is there an easy way?

the wiper arm is on a shaft that goes thru a plastic housing that bolts to the body ... the shaft does corrode and wear , and the plastic ends on the wiper rods wear as well and pop off . There is not much to do except replace the broken parts when they go ... recently fixed one of mine , the drivers side wiper broke , the 2 rods also have different fixing sizes ... to get at them remove the wiper arms , then remove the black panel ...

here is a picture of the linkages , the drivers side wiper can wobble a a bit as it is at the end of the linkages and the play adds up .
