A right place to buy spares for Micra?

Hi Everybody,

I have recently relocated to the UK and bought Micra. This is a third Nissan I have. In my home country I had a number of phones to call to get cheap but genuine Nissan parts (for instance, now I heed rear wheel bearings). Here I tried to google them but I just found a bunch of online shops with high prices or non-genuine parts.
Could you recommend me some good parts supplier, online or in London?
