A question of P0130

Hello everyone,

The EML came on couple of times and went off itself. Initially I was thinking its due to the end of tank fuel. Bunt I filled up and put some Redex. It is doing again the same thing every now and then the engine loose power, after pumping the paddle it regains power. Its like the fuel is blocked and released.

Before the EML came ON, I have changed the Lambda sensor. It was okay for 150 miles. Since it start doing this. The other day soldered the wires to make sure its not loose. Drove some 10 miles and the EML gone off.

Today, after nearly 80 miles with EML off, it came on again.

Can some one help please?

Sounds like a fuel blockage,change your fuel filter I would say.

I will replace the fuel filter and see what happens.

Maybe fubar o2 sensor, that would be the obvious choice.

I would go for fuel filter. Since the o2 test give relatively good result. 2ndly finding fault by elimination process suggest to go for cheapest first.

Hello everyone,

Sorted.
there was connection problem with lambda sensor. Cut it and re-soldered it after driving nearly 2 miles the ELM gone off.
