4 branch manifold

What 4 branch manifolds are a close fit for the k11. Also anyone know the best way to get a exhaust flange for welding a different manifold to. I read some stuff about polo manifolds and oil return pipe flanges being used. Any info would be great.

Some of the Rover K-series are close

Cut the exhaust flange off your old one and use the rover k series. Weld together. That's what I've done for my minimicra. Also if you get the kseries one you can get one with an inbuilt cat for mot purposes. Not sure on the space needed by the k series but it's less than standard micra

Here's mine

Used exhaust gaskets as templates for flanges made from 10mm stainless

Some Bent tubes and stick all together,

Couple hours work

Correct me if I'm wrong the Rover Tomcat comes with a turbo T16 k series lump? if it really is close it might be a little tweak and bolt on...

Definitely not jealous of that. Looks like a tidy install. I want to add a electronic clutched supercharged to mini. Then she'll have a sport button!
