As an aside the jury is still out as to the cause of the failure of the Red turbo car.. Both mechanic and head mob say is was not the boost.
Head place reckons detonation, mechanic says no as it was not the direction the head gasket failed from. It broke from water jacket side in, not cylinder side out.
Still trying to source a custom head gasket.
Also need recommendations from Victorians for reliable place who have the expereince to fully check over the EFI and related things.
