After putting couple of remarks on this page concerning the odd behaviour, or so I think, of the CVT torque converter gear box in my 2002 K11 1.4 CVT. I have been told that I may need a new oil pump as the varying gear ratios and engine speed rising as speed reduces could be due to low oil presure in the box allowing the drive cones to move apart under belt presure. Now bear in mind I can do up an Eton box but I have never fiddled with CVT! So assuming this information is accurate, where will I get the oil pump from and what is involved in fitting it? I can't find one listed anywhere, even ebay. Ideas please, or a pump if you have a spare!
