2001 Micra misfire

Hi i am new here and have a micra 1.0 sport on a Y reg 2001 model, i am having similar problems to the throttle body faults i have read on here but my car, loses power when revs are very low ie in traffic in 2nd gear when trying to accelerate, gently and when engine is generally at lowrevs 1200 to 1500 rpm, feels like stuttering/misfire to flooding type symtoms, but here is the thing.

My car aint got the plate on the throttle body, its just got another black sensor there with 2 torx screws in it.

what could it be any idea's guys and gals.

On your model micra, the throttle body/afm setup is of a different design to the original (pre-facelift) micra.

If you're suffering throttle body symptoms you're better off replacing the TB with an item from a scrapyard or a reconditioned unit from somewhere. A pre-facelift tb/afm will probably not work on your car either.
