1996 K11 dies when hot HELP

my Nissan micra 1.0 1996 starts fine and will run perfectly until it reaches operating temperature then will cut out and won’t start, when left to cool down will start and drive for a short while then cut again. If you have any ideas let me know I want to fix it myself but struggling to diagnose the issue thanks
