17"rims, will they fit?

I found this sweet deal, 17" rims and 7" wide with 205/45 tires but I am wondering will they fit? Offset is 28 so will this cause any problems?

Hi there mate i'm currently running 17's on my k12 7.5 wide with a 38 offset with arch extensions on the front an they fit fine using 205/40 tyres tho so can't comment on that part
