15" alloys rims rubbing

Just got 15 inch alloys with 195/55 rear and 185/55 front. The rear is rubbing on the bumper and it looks like the axle is too far back. Is that posible? Can it be adjusted??

has the rear been in a smash before?
whiteline adjustable lower training arms? (will need 4 wheel realignment)

Hasnt been smashed as far as i know but was bought from rental so no idea really. Have you had that happen where it rubs? Its not on the arch because ive hammered the edge in

i curved my rods, to give more clearance
