I know this probably has been done before so can someone point me in the direction of a guide on how to do the 1liter to 1.3 engine swop

i doubt if there is one smiffy, i just changed the engine only on mine

You'll need the engine, gearbox, driveshafts, the brace that goes under the engine, and ideally the ecu.

Which year, I assume you changed the Flywheel and clutch too?

When something on mine breaks, I'm just going to swap the whole running gear over.

94, and yes, 1.0 f/w, clutch, g/box, shafts, gearchange and x member (all man-enough for upto 110ish hp)

Depends what you want.

The pulleys on the cg10 are lighter, so is the cg10 flywheel.
But, the cg13 gearbox, and driveshafts are lighter and the clutch is bigger.

cg10 is 1.0 cg13 is 1.3

I'd use the 1.3 gearbox, shafts and clutch etc on a car that will get the driving abuse of a track.

Depends what you want.

the 1.0 pulley is lighter, but nissan fitted that harmonic crank damper to the 1.3 for a reason fwn
and the pre98 1.0 g/box is much lighter and shafts/cv,s are thinner/lighter fwn

so just fit the engine and nothing else.? but then fit a almera air box and pipe for the air intake yeah.?

I don't think the CG10 gearbox will last very long on a CG13 engine when used on a track unless it's standard.

oh yeah the 1.3 is bog standard cept the almera air box. i can always change the g.box over the winter any way

You should be fine with a standard CG13 then.
