Which internals? If you put them all in you'll just get a cg13de with a different engine number. A cg13de crank and conrods will make a high compression cg13de, CG13DE pistons on CG10DE crank and rods would lower the compression.
Cg13de cams will help a CG10DE, the heads are the same.

So cg10 crank and conrods on a cg13 will increase also is it.

That's just a low compression 1 litre basically isn't it? Be technically better for a turbo build though, but 1.3 ringlands could be a bit weaker

I was hoping to use the 1.0 block and pistons withe the 1.3 crankshaft and conrods and camshafts i was wondering about injectors throttle bodies headgasket thickness etc

The conrods are a different length tho does the new headgasket have to be thicker or anything?

CG10DE conrods are longer and make up for the difference in stroke between the cranks, the CG10DE pistons are flat topped which makes up the difference in compression ratio.
