1.3 auto gearbox

Hi, maybe a silly question but i need an answer all the same, my gear selector has D which is drive and DS which i know what it does so thats not the question, my question is can i switch between these 2 while the car is in motion or do i have to either start in one or the other, and select which i want at a complete standstill .. dont wanna damage the gearbox and do something silly. Thanks in advance

I think you can, as it's designed for ultra fast getways, as such. DS only locks it in a lower gear etc.
