Hi,
This has got to the point now where my partner is considering selling it for spares or repair. It's a Nissan Micra 2002 1.2 Auto
It started off with really lumpy idle, hesitant starting, cutting out if you didn't rev it high. Once warm it didn't stall but still very lumpy. So here's the list of where I am up to on her car;
Camshaft sensor
Crankshaft sensor
Coolant sensor
Spark plugs
Checked coils
Cleaned throttle body
Cleared all error codes
Went to start it and nothing, just the same as before just constant turning over. It finally started and was running lovely, idle was perfect. Turned it off after a drive and nothing again. Can't see it being timing chain as it's all pretty quiet in the engine bay whilst running.
Does anyone have any ideas because we think it's more cost effective to scrap it at this moment in time.
Thanks.
