hi there i was just wondering at christmas i was planning on putting a 1.3 in to my 1.0 base model i wonderd will i need to chang the loom or the ecu or will it be straight sswap thanks any help would be greatly aprecatied sorry for spelling

swopping ecu is a very good idea but i think the 1.3 will run with the 1.0 ecu. the loom does not need to be swopped.

really easy swap. straight in and out number. you shouldnt have any problems.

do a search on here it should help you out with any wee problems. I would say tho, if you can keep the 1 litre gear box on, there a straight fit aswell, its more torkey. And be carefull if you take the manifold bolts off, they get corrosion on them sometimes.
part from that, shafts out, plumbilng and electrical off and thats you.
