panhard rod

PanHard Rod

I just bought an automatic micra and got my garage to look and it over and my panhard rod is bent due the numpty before me trying to tow,
i am tried ebay, local scrappies and euro parts to find te same part as it needs replacing.
I dont have a scooby what the panhard rod does?
is there another name for it?
where i can get one, anyone have any suggestions?

Try Matt aka MPH on here,he'll be able to supply a Whiteline Panhard Rod

The biggest problem I'v found trying to source a panhard rod is that the general folk breaking them dont know what it is.

Could try rear suspension lateral link bar or something as a search. Best bet is to just go to your loca beakers and have a look yerself.

(It stops the rear axle moving freely side to side, while still allowing up and down movement of the suspension.
